Kirsten Nielsen Hartig – The Honorable Judge Kirsten Nielsen Hartig received her law degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University, graduating in the top 5% of her class. She was elected to the bench as a District Court Judge in 2010, and named the Presiding Judge of the 4th district in January 2018.
Maureen M. McGinnis – The Honorable Judge Maureen M. McGinnis received her law degree from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law, joining her fathers at the Law Offices of Donald E. McGinnis in 2003. Elected in 2009 as a Troy City Council Member, McGinnis went on to be elected to the bench of the 52-4 District Court in 2014, where she has served two terms as the Presiding Judge.
